Solar Power
solar Power
It is the general consensus that over the past 40 years, technology surpassed anything any one mind, group, or individual culture envisaged. And yet the advances keep coming in tiny pocket computers, with new ways to produce clean standards of living and business. Solar power is perhaps, the epitome of development that has evolved since ancient times and through a massive range of technologies.
Mother Nature as a force, we all know, should never be underestimated, not even in understanding the workings of solar power and other energies as a natural commodity, harnessed from wind, wave, hydro, and radiation, not to mention light, all garnered by the planet’s own resources. I use the term planets because solar power is not exclusive to the earth, now being designed theoretically for space by the SBSP solar power program. Yet, what the history books show us is that down the ages, most advances, scientifically speaking, take a long time to be tried and tested, while climbing the ladders of publicity, to their places on the shelves of commercialism. Knowing we may one day have solar power come from space leaves food for thought….
The quality of solar power has always been known, not alone by the vegetables in the greenhouse but also to those of us longing for our annual dose of Vitamin D. And “harnessing the power of the sun” seems more prevalent than ever before. Much like a collective worldwide community that’s opening its eyes to solar power. Solar power is an industry, the benefits of which hopefully will be seen to grow in momentum as governments pull together and work for the greater good of our planet. Since the dawn of time, light has been worshiped, and it’s not hard to see how solar power will continue to impress us.
